Our team and local hosts take all of the effort out of managing your short-term rental property or vacation home.  We handle everything from guest bookings, reservation inquiries, key exchanges, check-in/checkout procedures, cleaning, laundry services, repairs, maintenance, and 24/7 guest services – before, during and after each stay, we are here for you and your guests.

How will I earn more from my rental property?

On average the properties in our portfolio generate over twice as much revenue as a typical rental property.  Our expert property managers use the latest in revenue optimizing technology that automatically adjusts your nightly rate in order to maximize revenue per available property. Depending on your revenue and occupancy goals, our team will customize a pricing strategy to ensure your booking targets are always met.

How much does your service cost?

How will you keep my property safe and secure?

Our service includes the installation and monitoring of smart locks, security cameras and noise monitoring technology.  Prior to booking, we ensure that each guest is verified through a third-party verification provider and all of our guests are pre-screened for positive reviews from other hosts.  If a particular guest doesn’t have enough reviews, we will perform an interview and may require an additional security deposit or background check to ensure the safety and security of your property.

What happens if my property is damaged or stolen?

Each of our local hosts is highly trained in the area of guest screening and background checks.  Our expert property management team also completes comprehensive turn checklists in between each guest, ensuring the safety and security of your home.  However, if something is ever damaged or stolen in your home, we guarantee that it will be repaired or replaced at no cost to you.  Rest easy knowing that you are covered – 100% free of charge.  We suggest that homeowners contact their insurance agent to inquire about existing property casualty insurance and ensure that adequate coverage is in place for home-sharing use.  For more information please visit Peers.org.

Where do you Currently operate?

We currently provide short-term vacation rental property management and hosting services (Standard – Tier 1) throughout the United States.  Our Plus and Premier services are available in select markets.  See our “Markets We Supervise” page for additional details.
